Subject: This Week in SWIL #2

The purpose of this email/what is eventually going to become the events
email list is that people will know what's going on even when the
presidents haven't written SWILnews yet.  With that in mind, and because
these events seem to be coming to pass, I present:

This Week in SWIL #2 (1-31-04)

1) Movie this week was Animatrix.  Next week's is the two Buffy Episodes,
"Once More with Feeling", and "Hush".

2) SWIL yearbook picture will actually be taken at meeting next week,
since it didn't happen this week.  Come to meeting next week so you can be
in the picture.

3) BEM deadline still February 29.  Submit original prose, poetry, and art
by e-mailing bem AT swil.org or campus mail to Qian Li '05.

4) Saturday Night SWIL this week will be word games.

5) We're accepting nominations for books the Cordwainer Bird Library
should acquire. Please email suggestions to presidents AT swil.org

6) The SWIL Kegger has been tentatively scheduled for Saturday, March
20th. The St. Valentine's Day Massacre will, obviously, be on Saturday,
February 14th.
