certain information has come into Our hands, suggesting the existence of a

realized the error of their ways, have surrendered themselves and

We, they Weyrleaders, in recognition of the dangers of social unrest,
hereby call upon all our loyal constituents to renew and reaffirm their
vows of loyalty, as indicated below.
