There are three, or perhaps more, reasons for me bothering you
doing your last few days of vacation. One is to remind everyone
that I have seized the reins of power. The second is to let you
all know that there will be a filksing Sunday, August 6 at 10:00,
in Sharples II. (Hopefully it will be slightly chilly so we can
make good use of the fireplace.) (By the way, that's 10 pm.)
Feel free to bring any food and drink you'd like. Definitely
bring a mug, I will try to make sure there are some refreshments.
Also, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring ANY musical instrument you can
play, and play it. I hope there's a guitarist out tnere. The
third reason is to tell you there will be. a SWIL meeting at Sunday
brunch. Hopefully we'll be able to get our regular room, look
for SWIL signs." Keep in mind that t-shirts can still be ordered
and that plans for the writing workshop still need help. There
will be a club fair Saturday afternoon at the BCC. We need people
to [strike]man[/strike] person the tables. Any volunteers?
